FAT AND SAT (PRE-TESTING IN THE WORKSHOP AND TESTING)
Our Commissioning activities are mainly divided into pre-testing (FAT - at our workshop) and testing (SAT).
Commissioning consists of comprehensive tests and functional checks. Specifically, we test, verify and configure:
- the electrical connections between the panels, both for power and signal connections;
- the functionality of all emergency circuits;
- compliance of the control and signalling devices;
- calibration of field equipment;
- automatic procedures (both empty and with material);
- the operating parameters and the overall process.
All the testing operations are recorded in a specific documentation that makes the entire process of realization of the automation system traceable.
TRAINING
After the commissioning phase, we carry out a series of support activities with the aim of supporting the customer during the first period of management. The structure support activities: a period of coaching in the management; courses for certain company tasks (operator, maintenance technician, process manager, administrator); the delivery of specific manuals for each type of user.
